Kalyani Jayasekera is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanka. She is having Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and Master of Laws (LL.M.), with specialization in International Law. Additionally, she is an Attorney-at-Law at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, and a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths and Registered Company Secretary. She has been teaching in undergraduate and post-graduate courses. She has published articles in book chapters, prominent law journals along with attending and speaking at law conferences.
